Program Host

Isabelle is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Certified Gluten Practitioner, Insulin Resistant Coach, faculty at University of San Diego Integrated Studies, Clinical Mastery of the Digestive System Practitioner, and Nutrition Endocrinology Practitioner.  She is passionate about empowering people to build life-long sustainable habits that support their inner healing power to live a healthy and vibrant life. 

 

She specializes in digestive health, cancer nutrition, detoxification, and blood sugar balance.  Her passion for nutrition started in 2008, and since then she has helped her clients heal from digestive challenges, reversed pre-diabetic condition, shed body fat, reduced inflammation, decreased toxicity exposure, and regain energy and vitality to live a vibrant, active, and purposeful life.  

 

Her approach is simple.  Let the good stuff in and kick the bad stuff out.   Her goal is to help her clients take baby steps to increase nutrient absorption and, reduce detox burden, improve detoxification capacity, reduce stress, and get the body moving.

Maura is a holistic health coach who has a strong passion for helping others find good health by healing the mind as well as the body. Through her own personal journey from dis-ease to health, she holds deep compassion for her clients.  She has a degree from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is currently studying Nutritional Endocrinology through the Institute of Nutritional Endocrinology.

Cassie Nevitt

Pilates Instructor 

Cassie Nevitt is a classically trained Pilates instructor with 13 years of experience teaching private lessons and group classes.  She was certified in 2007 in the rigorous training program developed by Joseph Pilates’ renowned protégé, Romana Kryzanowska.  She completed her apprenticeship and certification at True Pilates New York (formerly Drago’s) under the direction of Romana’s daughter, Sari Mejia- Santo, and has extensive experience learning from world-class instructors across the U.S. and around the world.   

Dr. Jacintha "Jaz" Roemer DACM, L.Ac.

Dr. Jaz specializes in digestive health, emotional balancing and educating others about healing their own bodies through awareness, knowledge and self-care techniques. Dr. Jaz utilizes an ancient Chinese Medical Abdominal Massage called Chi Nei Tsang to help others connect to their organs, emotions and digestive processes.

Claudia Muehlenweg
